Screening Questions
Based on the information that a user has previously provided thru account setup, search history, and application submissions, these two highlighted answers are pre-filled. This type of user data is also used for pre-qualifying job postings.
Our product team, composed of nine team members, three from product, design, and engineering, brought individual audits of competitors. The group then started facilitating ideas around known user experience issues and business objectives, prioritizing the opportunities and solutions gathered through this discovery exercise.
